Welcome Shepsura Page, Seasonal Intern

Hello friends of NeighborSpace of Baltimore County,

As a recent graduate of Towson University, I’m eager to continue my journey as NeighborSpace’s Seasonal Intern. At Towson, I majored in Environmental Science and Studies and minored in Geography. I was also a research assistant for NeighborSpace where I investigated historical data about the Cherry Heights Woodland Gardens site. This has given me a glimpse into how green spaces can incorporate aspects of our society.

I grew up in Prince George’s County, Maryland, where my mother insisted on taking me and my sister out to trails, gardens, and parks. She’s definitely a top influencer for me to pursue a career in environmental preservation.

During my downtime, I enjoy playing guitar, looking at sneakers online, and talking about life with my friends.

I’m thrilled to start working with NeighborSpace’s sites in Baltimore County and maybe I’ll see you at one of our events. If you ever need to reach me, my email is shepsura@neighborspacebaltimorecounty.org.
