About This Space

This beautiful forested site was donated to a community group after development restrictions limited improvement on the site by the developers of Wyndham Commons (the nearby condos). The site was then given to NeighborSpace in a conservation easement by Tollgate Wyndham Preserve for the express purspose of maintaining its value as an open space for the surrounding communities, and to protect the ecological value of the forest and riparian buffer.
