About This Space
This beautiful forested site was donated by a developer to a community group after development restrictions limited improvement. It has since been protected with a NeighborSpace conservation easement for the express purspose of maintaining its value as an open space for the surrounding communities, and to protect the ecological value of the forest and riparian buffer. The Preserve is heavily used by high school students, neighboring families and dog walkers.
